Service Agreement

      In order to use Tencent's services, you should read and abide by the "Tencent Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and the "Tencent Privacy Policy". This agreement has legal effect between you and Tencent and becomes a binding legal document for both parties.

       If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct due to factors such as age and intelligence, please read and judge whether you agree to this Agreement accompanied by a legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian"), and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

       If you are a user outside the Chinese mainland, you need to comply with the laws of the country or region where you belong and/or are located to enter into or perform this agreement. 

 

Scope of the Agreement

      1.1 This Agreement is an agreement between the User and Tencent regarding their use of Tencent's services. "Tencent" refers to the operating affiliates that may exist in Tencent and/or its related services. "User" refers to the user of Tencent's services and is more commonly referred to as "you" in this Agreement.

      1.2 Tencent's services refer to the products and services provided by Tencent to users, including but not limited to instant messaging, online media, Internet value-added, interactive entertainment, financial payment, advertising, etc. The specific services are subject to the actual provision of Tencent (hereinafter referred to as "this service").

      1.3 The content of this agreement also includes the "Tencent Privacy Policy" (link address http://privacy.qq.com/), and when you use a specific service of Tencent, the service may have separate agreements, relevant business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "separate agreement"). Once the above content is officially released, it is an integral part of this agreement, and you should also abide by it. Your acceptance of any of the above separate agreements is deemed to be your acceptance of this agreement in its entirety. Your acceptance of this agreement is deemed to be your acceptance of the Tencent Privacy Policy.

Second, [Account and Password Security]

      2.1 You may be required to register an account when using this service. Please read and abide by the relevant separate agreement carefully regarding the specific rules for your use of the account.

      2.2 Tencent reminds you to keep your account and password properly. When you are done using it, you should log out safely. Your poor storage may lead to stolen numbers or passwords, and you are responsible for it.

2.3 In order to enhance the user experience and/or technical convenience, the account number of this service may include numbers, letters or combinations thereof, as well as mobile phone numbers, e-mail and other forms. When you register a certain form of account, Tencent may add another form of the account. The specific account form, account system and association between accounts are subject to the actual provision by Tencent.

      2.4 During the use of this service, you may be able to set up nicknames, avatars, signatures, messages and other information for the account you use, as well as names, pictures, profiles and other information for the QQ groups and WeChat groups you establish or manage or participate in. You should ensure that the content and form of this information comply with laws and regulations ("laws and regulations" in this agreement refers to the region where the user belongs/is located, the laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, local regulations, local rules, departmental rules and other normative documents currently in force in the country, as well as amendments and supplements to such laws and regulations from time to time, as well as relevant policies and regulations, etc.), public order and good customs, social ethics and Tencent platform rules, and will not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any subject.
